Leadership and Team Building

After four years of involvement with The Paper Wolf, I have come to gain the trust of those around me. Furthermore, I have spent hours recruiting new writers who have come to join the newspaper’s team. The field of journalism naturally breeds teamwork, and I do everything I can to augment that. When writing articles, I encourage writers to work together, whether it is getting an interview for an overwhelmed Cub Writer or taking a picture for an editor’s feature story. The Paper Wolf would not keep publishing if there was not a vibrant sense of camaraderie within the staff.
